    At PC Support Group we do our very best to provide you with service that is second to none. When servicing your computer equipment there may be extreme cases when your data may or may not be recovered. Because of these kinds of issue's PC Support Group will not be liable for data that is not backed up or archived . You are expected to have all important data completely archived in a safe location other than the equipment in service. PC Support Group can backup any data that is necessary for the service if contracted to do so. This will of course add cost to the service call. In the event that your equipment does have fatal errors while being serviced, PC Support Group will do it's very best to recover your equipment to it's original condition but will not be held responsible for the errors. The customer will be responsible for all billable time and other costs involved with the recovery if the customer contracts PC Support Group to complete the error recovery. This would include but not limited to any software or hardware costs including the operating system if the customer does not have the original disks. PC Support Group will not under any circumstances install borrowed or pirated software, including and especially the Operating System. PC Support Group only employs Microsoft® Certified or other comparable certified technicians and will not jeopardize these industry standards for any reason. By reading or signing this legal agreement you "the customer" agree to all of it's statements and policy herein and wave your right to legal action against PC Support Group for issue's resulting from one or more of the afore mentioned statements.
